Refund policy

We have a 48 hour refund/return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a refund/return.

Diviner's Medium Studio does not offer a refund/return on change of mind. We offer refund/ return only if the product is damaged or has been sent a wrong product. 

To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and an uncut unboxing video. 

Once a product is accepted for return, refund is initiated within 1-2 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
For customers with delivery addresses in India, damaged products are eligible for an exchange, subject to product availability, at no additional charge. Please ensure you have a proof of uncut unboxing video clearly displaying the damage in the product.

Refund
Once your order has been approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-21 days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RTO/ Un-delivered shipment
We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided while placing an order. Refund will be processed only once the shipment returns back to us.
