All the crystals are shipped in 3-4 working days, once shipped it usually takes 6-7 working days for the courier partners to deliver it to you. However please note we have no control over how speedily the parcels move with the courier companies. 

All the Crystal are cleansed, charged and programmed after you place an order with us for a personalised use.

Anjali follows a 5 step process to make them highly energetic for your use. 

Thus once an order is placed we do not allow cancellation or replacement.
