This order comes with selected content list, a storage bag and a set of self explanatory cards with instructions.

The crystals comes to you cleansed, charged and programmed to your energies in order to work the best.

Since they are programmed and charged specifically for you, we do not accept returns. Incase of missing/broken items a video of opening the parcel will have to be sent to divinermedium@gmail.com

All Products are shipped and delivered within 7-10 working days from the order placed. Incase of national/festive holidays the delivery time might be impacted. For more details please refer to our Terms and condition / Shipping Terms / Return Policy.

For the crystal properties please check them individually on the website, or just Dm / Email me.

Please add Name and DOB details of the user of the crystal for programming of the same. Look for " Order Special Instruction " tab on the checkout.

Shipping

All the crystals are shipped in 3-4 working days, once shipped it usually takes 6-7 working days for the courier partners to deliver it to you. However please note we have no control over how speedily the parcels move with the courier companies.

All the Crystal are cleansed, charged and programmed after you place an order with us for a personalised use.

Anjali follows a 5 step process to make them highly energetic for your use.

Thus once an order is placed we do not allow cancellation or replacement.
